Sushi Garden opened inside Capitol Market in 2015. Chef Mike, who is from China, learned to make sushi as a teenager working in the Bama region of China. He has become a talented sushi chef from his experience working in sushi sections in grocery stores and restaurants all over the country. He has a passion for creating sushi that makes his customers happy.
